SHEETMASK REVIEW: A’Pieu One Milk Pack, in White Milk

Gotta admit, this is another buy that was heavily influenced by that cute milk carton packaging. Holy sheet it’s too adorable!

This line of sheetmasks from A’Pieu stars milk extract as a main ingredient, which promises to deeply hydrate the skin and act as a preventative to combat dryness. Also using milk protein extract to “slough off dead skin cells and help maintain softer, cleaner skin”! All those things AND cute as hell packaging? Sign me up!

Cute 3D style packaging!

And as always, if you are allergic to any of these ingredients, or you know that they are triggers for irritation for you, then keep that in mind before purchasing or trying this product.

Ingredients and directions! Suggests you leave it on for 10-20 minutes.

I assume that the ‘white milk’ flavour from this set of sheetmasks would have the most concentrated amount of milk extract and milk protein, and its reflected in the thicker essence the mask itself is soaked in! The texture is a white and viscous, just like milk but stickier. Once you apply some to your skin it absorbs quickly and doesn’t feel heavy at all, in fact it feels immediately nourishing.

The scent is faint and pleasant – it’s not overpowering at all. It’s so faint I can only describe it as smelling like something sweet, kinda like candy – great for me as my nose gets overpowered easily by strong scents.

It’s getting a lot colder here in New Zealand, and the air is drying the hell out of my skin! So after a long day on public transport, I reached for this sheetmask and it did not disappoint! My skin gets cranky, dry and dull by the time I get home so this really hit the spot.

White Milk flavour! Makes me want a glass of milk.

The mask is of a good quality and fits my face perfectly which is a plus, and there is plenty of essence leftover in the packaging. Perfect for applying onto the rest of your body – so definitely good value for money.

This is the first sheetmask that I’ve used that had an IMMEDIATE effect in terms of making my skin brighter. It could be due to the dullness of my skin the day I tried it, but still, the effects were noticeable within a few minutes after removing!

I really enjoy the texture of the milky essence of this mask, it reminds me of milk and my skin definitely looks hydrated and plumper right after removing the mask! This is perfect for those days when your skin just needs a pick-me-up, great for the colder months!

The Verdict

This is the first of the A’Pieu One Milk Packs that I have been meaning to try, and it definitely did not disappoint! It deeply hydrates, nourishes and brightens up my face almost immediately, making this great after a long day or before a night out!

This is an awesome sheetmask and would definitely recommend it for those of us prone to catching dry skin in the cold! The super cute packaging does not disappoint with its contents, and I will definitely repurchase in this flavour!

Nice sturdy packaging, plenty of essence inside!
